To reg & Dave Cash: Thanks. This financing was disappointing but inevitable with the price sinking to these levels and a company at this stage of development. Hopefully Bid.com management will continue to use these additional funds to build exposure (despite their Canadian under-exposure, I still like their choice of advertising sites) and to add new ideas to their site. Unclear to me, with warrants & special warrants, etc., exactly what the price of this financing was. (Why can't these companies just say, that works out to $ 1.40 per share or $ 1.65, or whatever?) If the financing was done at about $ 1.40 then we should be in for another ride up. I don't think that those who do financing do it to break even, or make five percent.
