It would be unrealistic to expect the current SCOTUS to uphold the Constitution. The Chief Justice allowed ObamaNoCare to stand on specious logic.

Regardless of that fact, Obama is at least guilty of feloniously traveling to Pakistan (at a time when such travel was banned in the US) on an Indonesian Passport.

Let me guess, as a low information voter, this comes as news to you.
