the lawsuit was almost a given, when we 1st talked about it. And yes, it is a vague attempt for 1) the dissident holders hoping for a bit more premium and/or 2) ambulance chasers to make a few bucks.

Yes, like everyone else, I think we are in agreement regarding the lack of premium. From the original story, it seems that RAPT CEO wanted to do something else.

Ultimately, I do agree this suit is pretty much immaterial. The best the dissidents can do, if they cannot find a white knight, is to launch a proxy fight, which they would probably lose.

No, I don't like being a captive investor, but sometimes we have to play the dealt hand <g>
