So you are saying George Herbert Walker Bush, the 41st President of the United States, and the Father of the present President George W. Bush, the 43rd President, had decided when he was elected President to oust Saddam Hussein, even before Saddam invaded Kuwait. How prescient of him. In fact, I don't think so.
