Tallked to this Executioner site today, trades are $22.50 flat, as long as you make at least 20 transactions a month, otherwise the fee for the level 2 and everything else is an additional $175.00 a month.

Sounds like it would be worth looking into for traders who make a lot of trades each day, they say orders flow straight to Nasdaq instead of through market makers, sounds something similar to SOES. According to them, you can often catch an extra 1/16 or 1/8 as a result. Anyway, probably not for me, as I don't trade minute to minute, but maybe useful for others here.
