It read like an article spliced together from about four years of research...and the writer had to find a way to use it. So a few foreigners got ripped. You think the SEC has this on a high priority amongs its work load? With drudgery, I turned to the article's continuation on the inside. There are 30,000 lawsuits filed in the US every year.
