Arnie, You da man! Love the richness of your analysis! Regarding the consumer market, it is interesting that the three (excellent) TV ads they showed target the consumer. They all emphasized no rounding up costs and never mentioned DC. I've seen two of the three on TV (The Weather Channel and I think it was CNBC), and the newspaper ads also target the consumer. Interesting.
