CIA disagrees with Trump on the "intelligence" they are providing to Obama/Trump on Russian spying on the Democrats/Clinton/Nuland/whoever? The news media present that as a difficult uncharted waters problem for Trump. It's not.

Fire the lot and lock up any who were actually criminal. Big Don did ask Russia [tongue in cheek] whether they could get the emails for USA legal process investigating Hillary Clinton's criminal server when she knew she should not be breaching USA security laws.

Edward Snowden perhaps breached some law but did it in favour of You the People, whereas Clinton did it in favour of Her the Kleptocrat and her husband who demanded $millions for brief phone calls and $10s of millions in contributions to their slush fund foundation. It's pretty obvious which one should go to gaol.

A basic fact of law is that illegal agreements are unenforceable and of no effect. Snowden could not agree to keep illegal secrets of the NSA - it would have comprised a criminal conspiracy if he did conspire to keep illegal activity concealed as Clapper did, lying to the face of Congress.

Even if Snowden signed a document saying "I swear to keep any and all secrets", that agreement could not include illegal secrets. The agreement doesn't just become of no effect in the illegal bits. It becomes of no effect in its entirety.

Trump holds all the cards including all the trumps. Clapper and Clinton go to gaol or jail or prison. The CIA people who have been spreading the load of bollocks they have been doing in service of usurping You the People in the election process by lying about Russian government spying and manipulating the USA election should be fired and gaoled according to their level of criminality. Firing hordes of the CIA crimesters, and the CO2 Hoax brigade in the Department of Energy and EPA and NASA and whatever will save big bucks and avoid catastrophes such as lies about WMDs in Saddam's armoury leading to stupid wars, carnage and $trillions down the drain not to mention vast opportunity cost.
