Actually from what I read, he was saying to do away with the speculation.........something very different from what you are saying up above.

I realize reading isn't your thing, but what he said was:

"take oil futures off the market.."

He talked about them moving oil around like it was a good thing.......moving oil from where there is a shortage to where there is a surplus.

Not where. When.

It should be intuitively obvious, even to a liberal idiot, that futures serve a critical purpose.

I know you're beyond stupid on this stuff. But why do you think futures markets were ever developed in the first place?
