John, I keep waiting for some ISPs to start targeting AOL customers by focusing on quality, price, and reliability. Well, there's some hope, cbs.marketwatch.com Fourth article down the page: "One fascinating finding was the tenuous relationship ISPs have with their customers. PC World found almost half the people it surveyed have been with the current ISP less than a year..." I'll bet they're not switching to AOL. Of course AOL's clients may not know what an ISP is, or realize that AOL is an ISP, or that AOL is their ISP. :-D
