The road from a letter of intent (Chili) to a stream of continuos orders (and not orders that are shipped to a warehouse in Chili, but orders sold to final demand) is tortuous. There is also a possibility that a big chunk of the account receivables will turn into "unwanted inventory" and be written off. I do not know what this new letter writer was talking about, but this penny stock (with quite a large number of shares, and a overhang of 10 MM shares from the Chinese connection, no longer in the loop) could be a sub penny stock before too long.

Beware.
