David, I am not going to make any predictions on the stock price of WCII I am short WQS OV (: Go to the Winstar thread and read the posts from March 19, to get an idea on some of the latest developments..You pay your money and take your chances....15 was a good support level for all of 1996 Telcom sector has been down for a while.. ATI is not in the same business.. but it get recomendations every month and you can see what that stock has done the past few months.. Investors should be rewarded this year. In the past revenues didn't seem to be necessary for the stock price to float.. perhaps that was the Irrational Exhuberance of 1996...
