KVH files SEC DEF 14 ragingbull.altavista.com Special meeting to amend the charter to increase the authorized number of shares from 11mm to 20mm.... I feel expansion is likely. If the anticipated demand for the new products is anywhere near what it projected, I doubt the current facilities would be able to keep up. Nice problem to have, but.... Should we expect a secondary offering? or, private placement? or ???? KVH has been sensitive to shareholder value/dilution in the past. Any thoughts? Roy
