Maeling, if there is anybody who believes in buying a stock and keeping it forever (a la Warren Buffett), it is me. But remember, even Buffett made mistakes and got out when he didn't like what he saw. And I definitely don't like what I see here -- a management that doesn't have its long-term investors in mind, and instead takes them for a ride by subjecting the market to a roller-coaster of good news and bad news about the company. Obviously, somebody is benefiting from this roller-coaster and it is definitely not genuine investors like me.
