Heard a rumor today that Chevron (operator) will buyout PEL. Please note that this is only a rumor that's making the streets of Calgary. Interesting to note that Peters has been the biggest net buyer each day in the last two days at these levels. I say that this stock is going to $4 with in the next two weeks. Happy trading, fIXER
