Yup. My brother worked in WTC.
Luckily, he'd left some important papers at home in Brooklyn heights and went back to get them.
When he came back the building collapsed. The immediate effect on him was abrasion to his cornea.
The longer term effect was lung damage and thyroid cancer.
... you really don't want to get me started on how I feel about the government and their handling of it.
