[ NASDAQ Rules ] Carl. I've just added these 2 lines to my Scan Criteria. I'll be Adding more limiting lines shortly. You might want to do the same. You may not be able to do this in Rev. 1.2. I think 1.2 only has SharesOut and I don't think that will work.
