 Presstek Files Suit for Defamation and Unfair Business Practices
 
 HUDSON, N.H., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Presstek, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRST) today announced that it has filed suit in the
 United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire for defamation and unfair business practices against three
 individuals whom the company alleges issued false statements and published untrue Internet postings for the purpose of
 influencing the price of Presstek common stock.
 
 Presstek, Inc., founded in 1987, has developed PEARL(R) a patented, proprietary non-photographic, toxic-free, digital
 imaging and printing plate technology for the printing and graphic arts industries on a worldwide basis. PEARL's thermal laser
