diller's probability of getting lcos is increased by delaying the lcos vote on the deal. based on the fairly widespread belief that a substantial correction in internet stock prices is probable in the may-july period (IMHO), the price of lcos could drop as much as 50% if such a correction occurs. well within the range of diller's deal.
