Hi Gary, Interesting information, but it has been out there a while and in actuality they sold very little of their holdings. If I am reading the report correctly, Depamphilis sold about 13.2% of his holdings, Robert Howard sold 0.81% of his, and Sparks sold 2.8% of his. This doesn't seem to be alarming considering the huge runup in their stock. Also 500 of 3,800 isn't really "most". If the percentages were up around 25-50%, I think there would be reason to worry. These small amounts shouldn't mean anything in the long run. Just my opinion, any others? Jim
