SOROS: I see huge overhead resistance at 30. However, since May it has been consolidating with rising bottoms and the volume today tells me this thing is going to make its first serious attempt to challenge this overhead. With its price well above the 50 DMA, this move has the look and feel of a breakout. That's technical.

Fundamentally, it still sucks. MD's toolset only address a small portion of the Y2K problem (10% at best). There are many competitors. Governmemt contracts? They are for the birds because they don't pay well. Defense industry? There are more non-COBOL stuff that MAP2000 can't heck than you can dream of.

My take: Last chance to get out in one piece or in 3/4 piece.

My question: Are there better Y2K buys?

Mad Monk
