Funny, I really don't remember exactly. I had been using Outlook 98 since about 4/98, and I learned it soon thereafter, probably somewhere in the help files. It's noteworthy that I just tried searching for push pin or thumbtack in the help files of Office and Outlook 2000, and I get nothing!!<g> Go figure.....
