Someone with a large bid (99) is moving it up slowly today. I wonder if someone is out there with binoculars looking at today's test and watching the smiles on Vince Cartee's face. From what I heard, there are 400 cars in the official test, and they got all 400 in the pretest. In any case, if they get less than 396, they've got a week to cure the problems. I read that Able now plans on opening the EZ pass system on the turnpike in stages rather than the original plan of doing it all at once. Seems like they are pretty confident with this test today.
