You can't be a successful ethical individual investor if you don't allow the free flow of self-and-other criticism including reviews of what went wrong. We all need to keep our egos out of it and critical thinking into it.

Bill Wexler has had some great calls here and some horrible timing strategies and stock picks Have to keep in mind he is anonymous and we do not know his motives. We are all looking for investing ideas from multiple sources, to give us the proverbial edge. Bill Wexler has provided ideas and I think I have probably lost on his ideas, but some of it was my timing.

Even Royalty like Mr. P$nk made a few expensive blunders a decade ago. This stock picking game, long or short, and timing, is not a perfect mechanical system that follows the laws of nature. In general Mr. P$nk gave a deeper case for picks..

We have to remember:

-Most of smiling Porsche Turbo driving Wall Street suits are out to f#ck us, and you have
to discount for that in buy/sell decisions. Especially small caps that are thinly traded.
Trust more in the identifiable source that drives a Toyota Tundra, that's what I'm sayin'.

-The game is rigged by all the usual insider trading, and market making
tactics especially on the sell side. And the addition of high speed trading of which we
know way too little. And the derivatives are still not completely understood or rational
in their impacts.

I have no problem with Bill Wexler's advice, but he does not earn my vote for the SI All Star game. Perhaps the HR hitting contest.

Janice Shell is probably the all time MVP in this galaxy.
