WPC. In for a tiny tracking position today. Shoulda/coulda bought a couple daze ago at maybe $10 cheaper. Didn't notice the stock though. Maybe it will give back gains and hit lows again. (I will add on no adverse news.) I like these triple net lease companies. For stabilty and/or consistency. Well,...in "normal" times anyway. My preference over adding bonds within a portfolio. W.P.Carey very diversified with more than 20 years of consecutive dividend increases. Dividend yield now a bit over 8%, ex-div in ten days. Cluster of insider buys this month at higher-than-current stock price. Price-to-owner earnings is 10x, a low number for Carey (median = 17x) finance.yahoo.com wpcarey.com
