When I was quite young (four years old) my family was attending a barbeque in the country. The adults were quite embroiled in their stuff around a camp fire. I whispered in my mother's ear that I needed to "go". She laughed out loud and told me to just "go" behind a tree (embarrasing for me). There was a sapling (diameter of trunk about one thumb) about five feet from the campfire. I am not sure who was most embarrassed by the incident that followed.
