We don't need to kid ourselves here about our weight problems. The best way to judge is to find out your Body Mass Index. I was at 30.7 Monday with a weight of 246. 200 will put me right at "Healthy." 180 would be 22.5 Ahhh!

Here is a calculator. nhlbisupport.com :

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

* Enter your weight and height using Standard or Metric measures.
* Click on "Compute BMI" and your BMI will appear in the heart of the figure.

BMI Categories:

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
