sometimes it makes sense to keep a low profile, if you want to "peddle" your shares to "friendly" white knight type of shareholders at a discount.. but the shareholder plan put an end to any such manoevers, if they had ever existed..

Actually I would rather want IPSU to move to the NYSE directly. Lehman could do wonders here I guess..
