| Mosaic Group Secures Second Home Service Partner 
 -Major UK insurer, Wesleyan, announces intentions to join Home Service-
 
 TORONTO, Sept. 18 /CNW/ - Mosaic Group Inc. (TSE: MGX), Canada's leading
 outsourced marketing services agency, has secured a 5-year contract to provide
 field services for Wesleyan Assurance Society. The agreement is subject to
 contract and due diligence. Mosaic will be providing at-home cash collections
 of insurance premiums for the Wesleyan in the UK, beginning late in 2000. The
 contract is expected to generate an estimated $9 million in revenue during the
 first 12 months of its term.

 FMCG Home Service ("Home Service"), Mosaic's UK-based direct-to-home
 field service unit, will be performing the collections. The direct-to-home
 field force will visit approximately 100,000 homes in the UK on behalf of the
 Wesleyan, 13 times a year. Home Service's current 800-strong field force will
 be expanded with the transfer of approximately 160 Wesleyan employees to Home
 Service. Home Service began field collections for its first insurance client,
 Prudential, earlier this year in the UK.

 customers and this service will not change with the transfer of premium

 service to our customers. Mosaic will be the Wesleyan representative on the
