Halo to Starbelly.com.... you've got to be kidding? Locals hate this mess. Well, while the upper class (in Illinois) of HMK doesn't have to deal with the moniker of Starbelly.... the real working folks do! Nothing but total disgust at this level is noted. FWIW... some marketing divisions in Halo have changed their names from Halo to Starbelly.Com. I think Halo has reached their limit on this one. Halo is an "everything" marketer... Starbelly is a custom textile marketer. Swapping VP's around doesn't make HALO a Starbelly.Com, or a Starbelly a Halo. It's going to take a lot of work to see this mess through... Pageup.
