<<the Government of the Free State of Thuringia, Germany,>>

ROFLMAO....I wonder if that is anything like the "free state" militias here in the US?

Poll time.....it is almost worth an award to anyone who has ever heard of "the Government of the Free State of Thuringia, Germany."

I have to wonder what the difference is between the free state and the not so free state?

<<and additional investment from the industrial and financial community. >>

These have to be really comforting words......

<<As the market demand grows for high-capacity data storage solutions such as those provided by Constellation 3D, Inc.,>>

Doesn't that assume that there is ANY demand for solutions "such as those provided by Constellation 3D, Inc...."?

<<It is anticipated that the project's total investment cost will be approximately 150 million DM over the next 3-4 years.>>

Is there some magical difference between simple "cost" and "investment cost" or is this simply fancy writing to make a reader believe that someone (or anyone) is planning to "invest" 150M DM?

<<("C3D-Thuringia") that will be incorporated later this year. >>

Does this imply that government and private "investment cost" is necessary to even incorporate? Is cash really that tight?

<<THE SEC AND NASD HAVE NOT REVIEWED AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ADEQUACY OR ACCURACY OF THIS RELEASE>>

Duh. Doesn't this just say it all? This final disclaimer has almost become funny in their press releases. One would think that as "creative" as CFMD appears to be with some of its press releases that they could manage to come close to correct grammar in this disclaimer.

Still ROFLMAO.......
