Posted this on another site ...My opinion Recap wasn't really a recap but just some added info re their software package. The whole question here is Cyios making a profit. If the 4th Q of 2008 is profitable, IMO, probably all future quarters will show a profit. That's what will move the stock price. Anybody expecting a PR to move it ,,especially any kind of a recap would be disappointed ,,,and looks like they were. At .11 or .16 whats the risk.. There are many BB's and pinks that are pushed at higher prices with little or no revenue and no chance of earnings anytime soon. One important thing that was said was 4.5M in revenue with .08 to .15 in EPS will happen with no new contracts needed. If you don't want to believe it ,, OK ...I think the Rockport has built up the expectations daily/weekly way too much and has lost credibility. Rockports job is to push the stock but there are limits. When you come right down to it....Is this a profitable penny stock?? A rarity .....If it is, it's a winner.
