shares outstanding which translates into a market cap of
$142 million based on yesterday's closing price. LY revenues were
$2 million for a PSR of 71 times on trailing revenues.

IAIC has 460 thousand shares outstanding for a market cap of $22
million based on yesterday's closing bid price. LY revenues for IAIC
were $16 million for a PSR of only 1.4 times.
