Obviously you're related to Arsensio to defend his self-serving and false statements on Crystallex's claim. I've checked out Arsensio's claims against Crystallex's securities filings and concluded that either (a) Crystallex lied on their prospectus and annual statement with respect to the status of the La Christina's claim or (b)Arsensio is a scum bag, disemminating false information through the Internet to serve his selfish motives. Check out for yourself Crystallex's latest prospectus and last annual report filing (download from www. sedar.com). You'll see that Crystallex reported that the Venezuelan Supreme Court has already published their decision (Mar/97) to award the Las Christinas title to MAEL, a company controlled by KRY. Subsequent to winning the title, KRY filed another suit asking the Supreme Court to force the Venezuelan Ministry of Mines to turn over the concession to KRY. So, KRY has already won the title for La Christinas, however, the Venezuelan MEM is not cooperating, and thus this law suit which all is waiting to hear the outcome.

It didn't take me long to review the facts even though I don't have all the academic qualifications of Arsensio (as he claims on his website). My conclusion ? Arsensio is either incompetent and reckless in his analysis, or he is simply a scum-bag who thrives on fooling and screwing the neophytes of the investment world
