Just invested in 4 water utility companies as a long term position. I think these companies are currently trading below value, have outstanding net profit margins, and the overall growth of this industry has been on a steady climb since water has been for sale. My personal opinion on the water industry is that as we venture into the future water utilities will be largely ran by private corporation as oppose to local governments. Going private means cheaper, higher quality, and efficient service. This is a good way (in my opinion) for a lot of struggling cities to trim their expenses that are ever so increasing.

This report played a role in me investing.
