And here Freddy you are in luck!

After a tennis match yesterday with a visiting foreign national, we went to the complex's lappool to lounge. Striking up a conversation with the next lane's aquamaid I learned that she was a research assistant at local biotech co. Geron Tech I think. After the requisite Dolly jokes and retorts she divulged a small kernel of possibility. Note: this may lead to the next Microsoft!

She expressed a certain puzzlement over all the flap that silly ol' cloning was gettin and posited that a whole new and fertile ground lay right within view. She calls 'em "primordial stem cells" ...Sings does it not ? And suggested both reasearch and applied technology in this arena would be productive for years. Believe me most of the conversation was well beyond my relatively incapacitated cranial cavity (in all senses of the word) but I hung on to this, thinkin' "Yep, now this here's Freddy material, to say the least".

Evidently these PSCs do something special when repairs or replacements are needed, and I could sure use a good left knee come the snow fall.
