Dear Gary...RE: My tax question post #630...The reason I was thinking of selling shares of KNIC I have that I have a profit in as opposed to ones that I have a loss in, is because if KNIC stays stuck in a trading range I was thinking of day trading it/short terming. If I sell the shares that I bought at a higher price and want to stay active in day trading KNIC, I would have a wash sale if I bought back in at a lower price within 30 days. I already have some loss carry-over for taxes and the limit is still 3K max. per year loss carryover if the tax laws are still similar to what they were a year or so ago.

Thanks for your help.

Eric
