Of course: CNBC must subliminally tell folks to and control when they buy and when they sell; not to mention the fact that since they are owned by GE, they must really control the actual results (as well as the expectations) for all of corporate America as well. Given all of that, controlling how all of it is reported HAS to be an integral part of the master plan. :)
