bellaciao.org I just googled White House Spokesman jacket debate Bush and got that link. I've read it a number of times, elsewhere. No flak jacket. Doing the search, I came across a speculation (purely that, based on the fact that Bush postponed his physical until after the election) about the bulge: community.democrats.com "But it could also be a medical device, which might explain why Bush refused to take his physical this year, just like he did in 1972 when he deserted the National Guard," it says. I don't think it's a medical device. A back brace doesn't make that sort of bulge. I wore one after slipped disc surgery and it's not a vertical ridge kinda thing.
