TLTG is a bb stock with earnings projections of 30 cents/share in 99 and 65 cents in 2000. Has been moving up lately on contract announcements like the one below. Currently at 2 3/4, but still offers tremendous value based on those earnings #s. Big in Voice-Over IP field. Also a web portal. Recently filed to become fully reporting with intentions of hitting Nasdaq or Amex in the future. Read the announcements, do some dd, do the math and I am quite sure everyone will agree that this offers a tremendous value based on EARNINGS rather than hype.

Teltran VoIP Service Announces Third
Major Agreement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 1999--Teltran
International (OTC BB:TLTG) announced Monday that a third
agreement has been signed with a major US telecom carrier to provide international termination of
voice, fax and data transmissions using Teltran VoIP Service.

The agreement is for one year with automatic renewal. ''After all installations are completed we fully
expect to be transmitting approximately 5 million minutes per month from the three contracts we
have signed. The $12 million in annual revenues that we will realize from the contracts will give
Teltran a base from which to grow as new countries are added to the TVS network,'' said Peter
Biagioli, Teltran's vice president - Sales & Marketing.

''It appears as though we are on target to meet or even exceed my earlier projections of revenue in
excess of $30 million annually and earnings of $0.30 per share,'' said Byron Lerner, Teltran's
president and CEO.
