Find me an official reference to it, please. You have made many unsupported statements about Kerry's positions. I think it's time you let his words speak for themselves instead of trying to act as his unappointed SI Press Secretary. If he has said these things, I'm sure they're in print somewhere. But I looked on his official web site, and I sure as heck didn't find them.
