Of course, not if a business thinks it will loose money on those hirees, but there will always be those businesses that won't hire, and therefore would not receive those incentives... so what? Taxes come out of profits, and a break on those taxes if used to hire new people would certainly keep the economy moving forward, it would cut out the middle man, grow the business, and stimulate the economy... but, the liberals, the middlemen, don't want to be cut out, they want the tax money so they can pay a government official to piss it away somewhere else at some other big government office... GZ
