Hi Poet,
I do not judge people on their spirituality.. That is very personal IMO as I have written before, therefore I CAN'T. It is impossible
The only time I remember discussing spirituality on the intenet was after 9-11 when I was defending Oprah's use of angels in her sermon. Then I mentioned the author of the "Conversations with God", and I got the idea you and her didn't care for him, which is fine.
RE: "East of the Mississippi" quote. The only time I remember using that was when I use to occasionally respond to a couple of your friends, when they use to jump me out of the blue. Or when I was defending a poster from some pretty vicious and obscene attacks, IMO.. (BTW,I don't respond to them anymore because it goes nowhere). As I remember, I once said something to the effect to one of them, when they would try to p!ss on me, "We don't operate like that west of the Mississippi" That in the heat of p!ssing match.. Or maybe it was "Is that the way things are settled east of the Mississippi?". I don't know.
Anyway, that's the way I remember it. If you can find something different from my posts, I will retract the above.. I do not have that many posts in over five years.
Since I have let the spirituality jabs go by without responding, they seem to have taken on a life of their own. Spirituality IS SO personal to me. It can't be judged by someone else, It can NOT, IMO, be defined by a test, etc..
Anyway, that's the way I remember it..
Have a nice Halloween with all those "Spirits" around.. <g>
