Jim,
I just found this thread after doing a search on Schwab. I cannot
believe how bad their service is becoming. I just got off the phone wiith a rep who told me they shut down their online systems every night for "maintenance" for 3 hours. In fact they are so down he couln't tell me the status of the order that I was trying to confirm when they shut everything down. Do you know if there's site where there
is a comparison of Web trading providers.
