av ram,

Actually, I got out around 27, before the first revenue shortfall announcement (not that I can claim any great knowledge on that one).

I don't have anything against lxk at all--I think it is a good long term tech story. Whether they can survive in the future (5-10 years) against one-stop color printers/fax/copiers on the network that we'll see from Xerox and HP, I don't know, but if nothing else I can see a box maker with ambitions to enter the printer making a run at them.

At any rate, the story is still positive, and management appears quite adroit. Both the retirement of debt and the stock buyback show me that management is oriented in the right direction.

I sold the stock for perhaps the only reason I ever sell a stock--I found something that seemed more compelling. I really believe that we were presented with a once in a lifetime chance to buy companies like csco, asnd, and usrx/coms at discounts we won't ever see again, so I took the chance and bought as much as I could. Volatility doesn't really bother me since I'm not a trader, and until the story changes or I find something more compelling, networking stocks is where I'll (tech-wise, anyway) be.

Good luck,

jhross
