<<...Meanwhile, enthusiasm for war has waned...>> Yuppers...I'm hearing the Brits want to put off a decision until the fall...The French and Germans are clearly in no hurry to rush into war...Support for going to war in The United States is slipping and folks want to see more serious and convincing evidence AS WELL AS have broad international support -- no way to get that in the next few months....No smoking guns so far or we would have heard about them....Why go to war when you don't have to...??
