USRX bounced on news that it has opened a Japanese office and that Japan Telecom will purchase USRX Total Control Network Hub for internet build out in Japan.

As an aside, ATT recently announced it was going to be offering internet access in Japan for 2000 yen ($17.80) a month. This is cheap by Japan standards. I believe they will use USRX because some time ago they made an agreement with ATT for international distribution of their networking products.
