The missing weapons material is another example of "catastrophic success". We moved too fast, with too few people...can't be expected to handle the details like guarding one of the most widely known weapons dumps...got to surround the oil ministry. (not the wells, the ministry building).

Rummy, any thoughts on initial troop strength now?
