Jim: Interesting rumours...Another indicator that the recovery is underway...Not many companies out there (I certainly can't find any) that offer as much potential as does AMD at $18, so anyone looking for a tech company would certainly have to consider AMD... AMD at $18 today reminds me of AMD at $18 2 years ago just before its runup to $97.50, only today the Athlon is a proven competitor rather than something that was going to happen, and AMD now has close to $1 billion in cash as opposed to being smothered in debt...Heck $18 in such a context seems awfully cheap... Interesting AMD times ahead, methinks!!!
