One important part being over looked is, CVIA requiring the principals to retain a 50% position in their company... now why would we do that?

1.To weed out the quick change artists.

2. Easier to handle if a merger was to present itself to that company in the future.

3. Major owners are more willing to work harder if their money and butts are on the line <g>

4. They should have proven they are capable of generating a profit, so as major owners there is every reason in the world to expect them to continue.

5. Blah blah blah <g>
